• Any extra expense incurred due to any forced Majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as a change in airline schedules, route, or operation, changing the tour date, change in the hotel etc.
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the above itinerary
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘inclusions’ column

Remarks

• All Indian nationals are required to carry valid government id proof.
• All foreign nationals are requested to carry their passports with them during the tours.
• We also provide Air tickets for the tours.
• Due to constant fluctuations in the airfares, it is not mentioned in the tour price.
• Deluxe accommodation refers to two star hotels or similar
• Any change in the itinerary is subject to weather conditions, political manifestations, and government restrictions. Grand Tourism & Tour operators reserve the right to rearrange the itinerary in such cases.
• Refund/alternate for any complementary activity is not applicable if the activity gets cancelled.
• Sightseeing from inside at tourist places is subject to a direct payment basis
• In case a location is closed real-time due to weather conditions, political disturbances, and government restrictions the operator will try to provide a feasible alternative for the same. However, a refund may not be applicable.
• In case the customer misses out on a scheduled pickup/drop due to delay from their end, the charges involved to get a different means of transport may not be refunded.
• Check-in / Check-out timings are specific to the hotel & cannot be altered. Under group tours, flight/train timings can be different for travellers however travellers need to abide by unique departure timings mentioned by the Tour operator.
• In case of an additional sightseeing tour not mentioned in the itinerary or mentioned as optional, the cost needs to be borne by the customer. (Driver/Vehicle Charges)
• In the case of Group departures, Grand Tourism may not be responsible for planning the time between hotel check out & train/flight departure since every traveller may have different timings.
• Grand Tourism may not be responsible for a delay in the pickup/drop in case of uncontrollable circumstances like traffic, weather conditions, getting permits from government/local authorities.
• Any cost arising due to unforeseen circumstances & reasons beyond our control like change in flight schedule; cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, landslides, roadblocks any etc.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided with a mattress/rollaway bed.
• Entrance fees, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages unless mentioned in inclusion.
• Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age details may incur a penalty at the time of travelling.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of a similar standard.
• In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Grand Tourism shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
• Grand Tourism reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• The booking price does not include Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
• The package price doesn’t include special dinner or mandatory charges at the time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Grand Tourism shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However, Grand Tourism may not have this information readily available all the time.
• The cost of deviation and cost of extension of the validity on your ticket is not included.

• In Gulmarg, the local union does not allow any outside private vehicle to drop or pick up guests at/from the gondola entry point.
• Pickup and drop to Aru Valley, Chandanwari and Betaab Valley at Pahalgam are not part of the itinerary (unless included) due to restrictions by the local transport union.
• In case of road closure due to snow and slippery roads, our vehicle will not be allowed to operate as a precautionary measure. This is as per govt./administration orders. Only snow jeeps/chained vehicles are allowed to ply. These vehicles can be hired on a direct payment basis or the same can be arranged by us at an additional cost.
• Sometimes during winter, the road to Sonmarg remains closed and vehicles can only go up to Gagangir Valley.
• For Sonmarg sightseeing, our vehicle will take the guest to the Sonmarg taxi stand. From there, the guest needs to hire a pony or local union cab for sightseeing on a direct payment basis. Pickup and drop to Thajiwas Glacier, Zero Point at Sonmarg are not included in the tour, due to restrictions laid down by the local union.
• At most hotels in Kashmir, a room heater (if required) is available on request and on a direct payment basis.
• The houseboats in Kashmir operate in a different way than those in other destinations. All houseboats on Dal Lake are stationary and offer amazing views of the lake and the surroundings. Accommodation in the quaint houseboats of Kashmir is purely for the experience. Unlike hotels, houseboats are faced with certain limitations like 24x7 electricity and water supply, a television in each room, etc.
• Personal cabs are not allowed to transfer tourists to/from Thajiwas Glacier, Fishpond, Zero Point, Baltal, Krishansar and Vishansar Lake. However, hired taxis from local unions can be taken on a direct payment basis.
• Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
